EAST AFRICAN WELL ACADEMY SKILLS CENTER UG LTD (EAWASC) in collaboration with WEAFRI TRAINING SCHOOL (WTS) offers hands-on training in oil and gas wells to candidates holding National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), B.Sc., B.Tech., and B.Eng. degrees. Candidates must have a minimum of lower credit to be eligible to enroll in this programme.

Award of Degree/Diploma

Candidates are expected to complete a main package to earn a diploma. Alternatively, candidates may enrol for a standalone package and earn a certification.

Who Can Apply

Young graduates wishing to specialise in Oil and Gas well operations, industry professionals seeking to upskill, and corporate entities seeking to sponsor staff.

Duration

The maximum duration for the Main Package courses is 12 months. The Standalone Packages are between 3 and 4 months.

Admission Requirements

Only candidates holding an ND, HND, B.Sc., B.Eng or B.Tech with a minimum of lower credit or second-class lower division are eligible for application. A non-refundable application fee of UGX 135,000 is required.
